 The 4K high-definition measuring microscope KK818 series uses Sony 4K (resolution 3840 * 2160, that is, 8 million pixels) full HD imaging, HDMI digital high-definition output, external USB flash disk storage, the microscope camera has its own LINUX operating system, built-in image measurement software, and the traditional computer is set aside to freely realize the measurement functions of photographing, video recording, image review, image contrast, crosshair, measurement data, graphic saving, data EXCEL export, point spacing, point line spacing, line spacing, parallel line, center distance, Dim sum distance, angle, radian, circle, rectangle, polygon, polyline, circle edge distance, and intelligent edge finding, local magnification, exposure value, brightness, gain, saturation, contrast, clarity, anti reflection, white balance, automatic exposure, etc. Reasonable design, simple operation, can meet the needs of most users.
The lens adopts a zoom lens variable focal length dual telecentric optical design, which has the characteristics of small distortion, small field curvature, large depth of field, high working distance, and realistic imaging. The calibration data is controlled by the administrator to avoid other unrelated personnel from mistakenly deleting the calibration data, effectively maintaining the integrity and consistency of the measurement data.
The microscope bracket structure adopts a force arm integrated bracket, with an effective stroke seamlessly connected from 0-330mm, effectively solving the disadvantage of traditional brackets requiring manual support for movement. The base has reserved installation holes in the XY direction, which is convenient for the application of different products.
